For nearly 30 years, Kevin Winingar has been accumulating invaluable hands-on experience, bringing to the table an exceptional blend of technical proficiency in predictive maintenance, adept leadership within extensive industrial reliability programs, and profound reliability expertise. His mastery of reliability encompasses a wide spectrum, including data-driven diagnostic techniques, the implementation of precise maintenance strategies, and the strategic development of tailored client programs.

Holding certifications at the highest professional levels in vibration analysis, thermography, and a range of other cutting-edge predictive technologies, he is not only a driving force in advancing predictive maintenance excellence within Prevention Services but also a dedicated member of his community, serving as a volunteer firefighter, mentor, instructor, husband, and father. 

His career trajectory is a clear demonstration of a lifelong passion and unwavering commitment to ensuring machine reliability and achieving outstanding client success, all while remaining true to the core philosophy that underpins Prevention Services: proactively preventing problems.

Brian Rowley brings over 25 years of experience in sales, customer service, and business leadership to his role in industrial maintenance. He has worked with a wide range of clients — from federal agencies and educational institutions to Fortune 100 companies — and has built a reputation for delivering solutions that combine technical expertise with outstanding customer care.

Known for his ability to listen, problem-solve, and follow through, Brian is committed to helping clients keep their operations running smoothly while building reliable, lasting partnerships.
